2011-2012 Management of the day-to-day operations of a community health foundation, including: solicitation and review of proposals; implementation of health leadership projects; coordination and administration of the Board of Trustees; and property management of two buildings.

Managed the implementation of over 10 content-focused projects a year for this web-based organization focused on the use of communication and media for positive social and economic development. Edited, managed, and organized the website of over 35,000 pages of summarized information. Edited and published one weekly, one bi-weekly, and over fifteen monthly electronic magazines. Wrote, managed, and evaluated funding/partnership proposals. Developed strategic requirements and scheduled priorities. Communicated with strategic partners and participated in the senior strategy team. Served as the main contact, including as online discussion facilitator, for a network of over 75,000 people worldwide. Trained and supervised a team of 10+ people – in person and online. Coordinated all content policy, priority, and approval tasks for teams in Canada, Colombia, South Africa, and United States.

Supervised the preparation, filming, and editing of national television commercials, including the 1998 launch of ESPN, The Magazine. Negotiated contracts and hired staff. Collected and organized stock footage. Coordinated public relations.

Provided creative vision for the full realization of 8 productions at the following spaces: Lower East Side Tenement Museum, Mint Theater, Soho Repertory Theater, Solo Arts, St. Marks Studio Theater, The Salon, and the Times Square Building.

Organized rentals, public relations, publicity, and financial accounts for a 99-seat Off-Off Broadway theater in lower Manhattan. Supervised operations, managed staff, and coordinated special events.

1994–1995
Oversaw two premiere productions in Manhattan and assisted on a third production in London. Managed budgeting, hiring staff, public relations, publicity, and payroll. Served as communication liaison between executive producers and staff.

1994–1997
Founding member of this group of professional theater directors who work with playwrights at the Graduate Dramatic Writing Program. Developed over a dozen new plays.
